1. All IHWMs worldwide are eligible to qualify and participate. 
2. The qualification period May runs from 01 May 2022 (00:01 UTC) to 31 May 2022 (23:59 UTC). The qualification period June runs from 01 June 2022 (00:01 UTC) to 30 June 2022 (23:59 UTC). The qualification periods will be considered and calculated separately. Subsequently, both qualification periods will be added together. (May + June) 
3. Reach your qualification level (in May and/or June) and secure a pre-purchase right for a MagHealy. Depending on your qualification level, you will receive a personal discount (as listed in the table) on the purchase of a MagHealy. The sum of the discount will be added up after calculating your qualification. Cash payment or transfer to another IHWM is not possible. Only one order and one discount per IHWM. 
4. The accumulated qualification volume (QV) is considered individually for each month and cannot be cumulated. The individual monthly qualifications, on the other hand, are added up at the end of the promotion. (e.g. Bronze (12,5%) in May + Silver (25%) in June result in a total discount of 37,5% for a MagHealy purchase). The qualification level achieved will not be known until the bonus run for June has been completed. This will take place in July. 
5. After completion of the evaluation, all winners will be contacted by Healy World GmbH about their achieved qualification level and thus about the total rebate. Please refer to the table above for the total amount of rebates to be achieved. Participants must ensure that they can be contacted at the email address stored in the system. Participants are not obliged to make a purchase. If the discount is not claimed, the entitlement to it is lost. 
6. Evaluation of qualification levels will begin after the completion of the monthly bonus run for June. The opportunity to receive or purchase a MagHealy will therefore not be available until the end of July 2022 at the earliest. 
7. In the evaluation of the qualification levels per month, the best qualification option will be selected in each case in order to provide the participant with the greatest possible benefit. Only one qualification option can be used in each month. 
8. BV points on the discounted MagHealy will also be awarded and calculated on the discounted purchase price. A detailed breakdown regarding the volume award after discounting will follow asap. 
9. The offer is only valid while stocks last. Qualifiers will be notified sequentially from the highest to the lowest qualification level (starting from the highest overall percentage to the lowest). After receipt of the notification to the participating IHWM, the IHWM has one month to use the granted discount, otherwise it will expire. 
10. Healy World GmbH is entitled to prematurely terminate, suspend or change the promotion at any time without prior notice and to cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. In this case, the participants or winners have no claims against Healy World GmbH. The legal process is excluded. The conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Healy World GmbH is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany
