What are the amounts available for financing?
– For Pay in Four, any order over $200 up to $1,700
– For monthly financing, any order over $500 up to $10,000
Which Credit cards can be used for Pay in Four?
– Any credit card but AMEX
Can a credit card from a foreign bank be used?
– Yes, if it’s a VISA, Mastercard or Discover, and the customer is living within the US.
What if I try to finance multiple orders with Klarna with the same social security number?
– Each order is treated like an individual loan. In total they can make an order with Klarna up to 10k per loan. That being said, Klarna takes into account outstanding payments when determining if they will approve someone so if there is an outstanding balance, Klarna will be less likely to approve someone.
What happens if I make a return?
If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you a new statement. Simply request a return via Healy’s Support Center at https://us.healy.shop/my-account/mysupportcenter/ and make note of the tracking number on the return label you receive. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and we’ll pause your statement. As soon as the retailer has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice
There’s something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?
Yes. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective please login to Healy’s Support Center at https://us.healy.shop/my-account/mysupportcenter/ and submit a new case. Healy’s Customer Care will then troubleshoot the issue and replace your device if necessary.
I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?
Payments start at the time your order is shipped. Please contact Healy via their Support Center at https://us.healy.shop/my-account/mysupportcenter/ to request a delivery update if you haven’t received your order after 7 business days.
My statement is incorrect. What should I do?
If your statement does not match your order details, please contact the retailer directly to correct your statement. Log into your Klarna account and “report a problem” to pause your statement until the details have been corrected.
Does Klarna perform a credit check?
For Financing orders, Klarna will perform a soft credit check. For Pay in Four orders, there will not be a credit check

For new Klarna customers: You will create a one- time password, add your date of birth and your card information. Now your Klarna account is created, and you will be directed to an order confirmation page to finalize your order
For an existing Klarna customer: You need to put in a one- time password from your phone which will connect you to your Klarna account and take you to the order confirmation page to finalize your order
How do I start with the monthly financing?
For new Klarna customers: You will create a one-time password, add your date of birth, last four digits of your social security number and finally to provide your debit card information. After that, your Klarna account will be created, and you will be directed to the order confirmation page to finalize your order. Please note credit cards cannot be used in the monthly financing option
For an existing Klarna customer: You need to put in a one-time password from your phone which will connect you to your Klarna account and take you to the order confirmation page to finalize your order
