1. What do the different positions of the On/Off switch of the MagHealy mean?
   In position I, the MagHealy is ready to charge, but the Bluetooth chip and the LED ring are switched off. In position II, the MagHealy is ready to charge, the Bluetooth chip is switched on and you can connect to the Healy App. But the LED ring is switched off.In position III, the MagHealy is ready to charge, and the Bluetooth chip and LED ring are switched on.

2. What does each MagHealy LED mean?
   The blue LED is active when there is a Bluetooth connection. The green LED is active when a programme is running or being transmitted, and the frequency and magnetic field generator are active. The LED ring is active when a programme is running.

3. Which programs can be used with the MagHealy?
   The programmes available on the MagHealy can be found in the manual for the MagHealy. This manual can be found in the document download of your online dashboard or click here to download now.

4. What is the difference between using the MagHealy compared to the Healy or Healy Coil application?
   The MagHealy transmits a frequency-modulated magnetic field. The Healy, on the other hand, transmits frequency-modulated microcurrent and the Healy Coil generates quantum potential frequencies. All three can be combined very well. This allows you to benefit from the different positive effects of all three active principles.

5. How far does the Bluetooth connection from the MagHealy to my smartphone reach?
   The Bluetooth low-energy connection range between MagHealy and smartphone has a maximum of 10 meters.

6. How far away should I be from the MagHealy during application?
   The magnetic field decreases significantly the further away you get.

7. How long is the battery runtime of the MagHealy when it is fully charged?
   How long the battery lasts always depends on the application and selected intensity.

8. How long should the MagHealy battery be charged?
   The MagHealy should be charged for at least 90 minutes.

9. Do I need to calibrate the MagHealy battery indicator in the app?
   For the battery status to be displayed correctly, the MagHealy must be fully discharged and then fully charged twice.

10. How do I know that the MagHealy generates an active magnetic field?
    If you have switched on the LED ring and it switches on and off, a magnetic field is generated. If you have not activated it in switch position III, you can see from the green LED on the MagHealy when an application is active. In addition, you can see in the app when a programme is running.

11. Can I turn Bluetooth off on the MagHealy?
    The Bluetooth chip of the MagHealy can be turned off in the App. Please note that if you turn off the Bluetooth chip, you will need to turn off the MagHealy and turn it back on to reconnect to the App.

12. Can I use other wireless charging pads with the MagHealy?
    Yes, if they support the QI standard.

13. How well is the MagHealy splash-proof?
    The MagHealy should always be kept away from water.

14. Can I be near the MagHealy if I have metal in my body?
    Yes, the MagHealy can also be used if you have metal in your body.

15. Can I turn off the upper LEDs of the MagHealy?
    No. The LEDs must be clearly visible for regulatory reasons.

16. Does it make a difference how I place the MagHealy?
    The MagHealy should always be placed as recommended in the programme description. Magnetic fields generally decrease strongly the further away you are from them.

17. What do the side LEDs indicate?
    The side LEDs indicate that a program is running.

18. What changes when the intensity of the MagHealy is reduced or increased in the app?~
    The intensity changes the strength of the magnetic field.

19. Why does the MagHealy get warm?
    When a magnetic field is generated, current flows through a coil. When current flows through a coil, heat is always generated as well. This means that the higher the intensity of a MagHealy program is set, the warmer the MagHealy becomes.

20. Can I use the MagHealy with a Healys or the Healy Coil at the same time?
    Yes, in this way you can perfectly combine the modes of action of the MagHealy, the Healy and the Healy Coil to benefit from the advantages of all three methods.

21. I have problems loading the MagHealy.
    If you are having trouble charging the MagHealy, check that the power adapter you are using to plug in the USB cable of the inductive charger can output 2 A. Switch the MagHealy and the charger off completely. Take the MagHealy off the charger, wait 20 seconds and put the MagHealy onto the charger in the middle again.

Note: At high room temperature, charging takes longer. When the charge indicator reaches 99%, battery maintenance is performed, which can take up to one hour. However, you can already use the MagHealy.”Introduction
