This November to Remember promotion is open to all Independent Healy World Members worldwide, except to Healy World Members from South Korea.
This promotion begins on the 1st of November 2022 and ends on the 30th of November 2022. This promotion is organized by the Healy World entity of your IHWM contract.
By participating in the promotion, you are bound by these terms and conditions.
The promotion consists of: Successfully referring a minimum of three (3) personally enrolled new Members and/or Customers with the purchase of either a Healy Resonance or higher between November 1st to November 30th, 2022, and receiving a free MagHealy.
Device transfer of the free device can only be done after the return period of 14 days through the Customer Support Team. Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from and return your purchase for a refund (less handling and shipping costs) within fourteen days (14) of receipt of your order. You must contact Customer Support during this fourteen-day period to initiate this process. All promotional devices and/or accessories that you received and were included in this invoice must be returned in order to receive a refund.
All sponsors are applicable to receive only one of these rewards, provided that the requirements have been met.
Our decision on all matters related to the promotion shall be final and binding. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify or suspend an Independent Healy World Member who does not meet the terms and conditions herein and engages in conduct that is in breach of the terms of the contract as an Independent Healy World Member.
The company is entitled to prematurely terminate, suspend, or change the promotion at any time without prior notice. This applies if the promotion cannot run as planned, for example, for technical and/or legal reasons. Any liability for damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, irrespective of the legal grounds, shall be limited, to the extent permitted by law, to cases of intent or gross negligence.
These Terms and Conditions of Promotions are governed by the law of the domiciliation of the IHWM Agreement of the participant.
Data protection provisions: By participating in the promotion, the participant declares that the information provided by him/her in this competition may be used by the company for the purpose of processing the promotion.
