Terms & Conditions

The following conditions of participation apply for the Rock ‘n Enroll promotion:

1. P1. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation. This promotion begins on 17th of June 2022 (11:00 UTC) and ends on 30th of June 2022 (23:59 UTC). The results will be available at the end of July, after the bonus run for June is finished.

2. The promotion consists of: Enroll 3 new Members or Customers with a purchase of at least a Resonance Edition and get 400€ cash (the respective national currency applies) within the next bonus run after evaluation. (If you bring 6 new Members you will get 800€ and so on) Instructions on the promotion: To participate in this offer, all purchases by new Members or Customers with a Healy Resonance Edition or higher count (Healy Watch and Healy Coil do not count as Edition, also Upgrades do not count).

3. Transfer or discount to another IHWM or customer is not possible. The ability to participate in this promotion will expire on 30 June 2022 (23:59 UTC) if not redeemed. \

4. Healy World International B.V. is entitled to prematurely terminate, suspend, or change the promotion at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if the draw cannot run as planned, for example for technical and/or legal reasons. Any liability for damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, irrespective of the legal grounds, shall be limited, to the extent permitted by law, to cases of intent or gross negligence. Legal recourse is excluded.

5. Data protection provisions: By participating in the promotion, the participant declares that the information provided by him/her in this competition may be used by Healy World International B.V. for the purpose of processing the promotion. This data will not be passed on to third parties.
