General Conditions of Upgrade Promotion

1. This promotion is open to all Independent Healy World Members and Customers worldwide, excluding Healy World Members from South Korea.

2. The Wowember Promotion starts on 21st of November 2022 9:00 UTC and ends on 27th of November 2022 23:59 UTC. The promotion is organized by the Healy World entity with which you have your IHWM contract.

3. The promotion consists of: • Upgrade your Resonance Plus Edition to the Professional Edition for €299* • Upgrade your Resonance Edition to the Professional Edition for €499** • Upgrade your Resonance Edition to the Professional Edition for €499*** and replace your old Healy Edition for €100 extra.

4. Instructions on how to use the promotion: To participate in this offer, please select the upgrade you wish to purchase from your local Healy online shop. Then select the serial number of the device you wish to upgrade from the drop-down menu. Add the upgrade to your shopping cart. The discount will be applied automatically. The user must check that the discount has been applied to the basket before completing the order. If the selected upgrade is not compatible with this promotion, an error message will be displayed. In this case, the upgrade can only be purchased at the normal price (see point 3). If the device you want to upgrade has an outdated firmware (lower than version 226 (1.6.15.110), you will be contacted personally after placing your order.

The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely, in whole or in part, or to alter its course at any time, including without notice and without giving reasons, if for technical reasons (e.g., computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons it is not possible to guarantee that the competition will be carried out properly and according to plan. Any liability for damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, irrespective of the legal grounds, shall be limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
