Healy Pink App Not Working?

If you find that your Healy Pink App is not working or connecting to your Healy Device, there are some troubleshooting techniques you could try to resolve this issue.

Here are three troubleshooting techniques you can try -

  1. Turn off your device and close your app. Then open your app before turning on your Healy Device.

  2. Go to Settings on your app menu and check for updates to see if this resolves the issue.

  3. If the above 2 options do not succeed then try deleting your app from your smartphone and then go back to your app store and download it again. When you do this ensure that when you sign into the re-downloaded app you go to settings and check for updates to make sure all your Healy Programs re-download to your app.

  4. If none of these troubleshooting techniques, we highly recommend you download the new MagHealy App and run your Healy programs through this app instead. The MagHealy app can connect to any Healy Device and run your frequency programs. You can download the MagHealy app on apple here or alternatively on an android device here. Note - You do not need to own a MagHealy in order to use the MagHealy App.
